摘要: The purpose of this review was to assess the current state knowledge concerning interventions aimed at food habit change in children and adolescents identify implications for further practice research. restricted school- or community-based studies conducted with an experimental quasi-experimental design during 1980's early 1990's. A number intervention programmes identified, which most were based on Social Learning Model. majority behaviour change, but nutrition attitudes towards healthy foods targeted some programmes. Most reported only modest changes outcome measures, three maintenance effects. lack effects may be due use periods short duration. Even moderate dietary risk factors CVD beneficial if maintained through long periods. Thus, future research should concentrate how programme can maintained, addition studying outcomes immediately after intervention.
