摘要: Abstract Coherent nuclear excitation in strongly laser-driven muonic atoms is calculated. The transition caused by the time-dependent Coulomb field of oscillating charge density bound muon. A closed-form analytical expression for electric multipole transitions derived and applied to various isotopes; probabilities are general very small. We compare process with other mechanisms through coupling atomic shells discuss prospects observe it experiment.
