摘要: Airway obstruction is a quite common complication while its conditioned pulmonary edema--rare. Causes associated with anesthesia are various. Forced inspiratory efforts against an obstructed upper airway generate peak negative intrathoracic pressure. This may cause edema and in some cases hemorrhage. Last-mentioned extremely rare. Pulmonary arise soon after as well later, hours. Damage of bronchi found seldom during bronchoscopy case hemorrhage, more often alveolar damage observed due to membrane damage. Hemorrhage by hydrostatic pressure level, level hypoxia, or alveoli (disruption membrane). Early diagnosis negative-pressure hemorrhage very important, because this affects postoperative morbidity mortality the patients. Two literature overview presented article. developed ketamine, increment pressure, effects ketamine on hemodynamics.
