摘要: Among 543 necropsy patients over age 14 years with severe chronic valvular heart disease, Aschoff bodies were found in 11 (2%). The ages of the ranged from 18 to 68 (avg. 38), and nine had a history acute rhematic fever earlier life. Clinically, mitral stenosis or without dysfunction one more other cardiac valves, isolated aortic regurgitation, both regurgitation. All diffuse fibrous thickening valve leaflets, all but anatomic lesions at least valve. No patient limited bodies.
