摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition excellent in flame retardancy, heat resistance, moisture moldability or the like, suitable for a glass copper-clad laminate, not including any harmful halogen such as fluorine, chlorine and bromine, also retardancy safety. SOLUTION: This consists of (A) element, (B) nitrogen-including phenolic novolak resin, (C) aromatic condensed phosphate, (D) inorganic filler (E) curing accelerator essential ingredients.
