摘要: Phase angle (PA) is a ratio between the reactance and resistance obtained by bioelectric impedance analysis has been interpreted as cell membrane integrity indicator predictor of total body mass. A low PA may suggest deterioration membrane, which in advanced cancer patients result reduced overall survival (OS). This systematic review sought to investigate current evidence regarding whether there an association OS with (ie, metastatic disease). The search was conducted on electronic databases August 2017. 34 articles were identified initial literature search. Nine studies reporting 1496 deemed eligible according our inclusion criteria. data analyzed continuous variables or different cutoffs, under frequency 50 Khz. Low associated worse nutrition status evaluated mass index, serum albumin level, transferrin, fat-free median included papers varied from 25.5-330 days, all showed significant OS, that had OS. Future are necessary justify use therapeutic decisions for this population evaluate can influence survival.
