摘要: F-box proteins are key components of the ubiquitin (Ub)/26S proteasome pathway that mediates selective degradation regulatory involved in a wide variety cellular processes affecting eukaryotic cells. In plants, genes form one largest multigene superfamilies and control many important biological functions. Among characterized to date only few have been regulation plant defense responses. Moreover, no studied grapevine. Using differential display approach we isolated gene (BIG-24.1), which is up-regulated during Botrytis cinerea infection grapevine leaves. BIG-24.1 encodes polypeptide 386 amino acids with conserved domain N-terminus region kelch domain. By investigating expression profiles BIG-24.1, show strongly stimulated B. infected berries cells challenged by MAMP rhamnolipids, non-host bacterium an endophytic rhizobacterium. The also induced abiotic stresses including UV-C wounding or salicylic acid, methyl-jasmonate, ethylene abscisic acid known be signalling pathways. addition, sequence analysis promoter revealed presence several elements activation
