摘要: Sets comprise a generic data model that has been used in variety of analysis problems. Such problems involve analysing and visualizing set relations between multiple sets defined over the same collection elements. However, is non-trivial problem due to large number possible them. We provide systematic overview state-of-the-art techniques for different kinds relations. classify these into six main categories according visual representations they use tasks support. compare guidance choosing an appropriate technique given problem. Finally, we identify challenges this area need further research propose directions address challenges. Further resources on visualization are available at http://www.setviz.net.
