摘要: The phytoextraction process was conducted under laboratory conditions with the use of garden cress plants (Lepidium sativum). experiment carried out in a model soil, which characterized before conducting process. Inorganic forms mercury (HgCl(2), HgSO(4), Hg(NO(3))(2)) were used for contamination soil. after EDTA application to soil and urease application. Also influence simultaneous addition ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) into on measured. In all variants total concentrations roots, stems leaves determined. result showed that accumulated from overall maximum concentration its compounds found roots plant. cases, EDTA, translocation distribution plant tissues limited. caused an increase enzyme activity at same time tissues. Application increased solubility metal accumulation by plants. After about 20% Most (46.0-56.9% tissues).
