摘要: If the ionization probability of an optically excited defect is varied periodically by means external electric field frequency v, a corresponding modulation in absorption coefficient bands associated either with neutral centre or ionized and F'-type centres can be achieved. In fact results obtained on M- R-centres KCl KBr crystals at liquid nitrogen temperature give new evidence existence M+-, R+-, M'-, R'-centres. A set has been observed ascribed to electronic transitions different states. These are located 0.94, 0.76, 0.54, 0.49 μm 1.01 0.89 KBr. Besides due N1-centres, band infrared, which tentatively attributed N1-centres.
