摘要: Trauma of the ear is a common presentation to emergency room, and consists variety pathologies encompassing simple trauma auricle at one end spectrum extending temporal bone fractures complicated by facial nerve palsy leak cerebrospinal fluid. This paper looks application fundamental principles in assessment such patients, identifies manage ment strategies that can limit morbidity improve outcomes. It written as guide for nonotolaryngologists, emphasizes clinical disposal rather than actual treatment.
