摘要: Phanerochaete chrysosporium (ATCC 24725) shake flask culture with 3 mM veratryl alcohol addition on day was able to grow and detoxify different concentrations of diluted corn stover (Dcs) starch (Dst) pyrolysis liquors [10, 25, 50% (v/v)] in defined media. GC-MS analysis reaction products showed a decrease change some compounds. In addition, the total phenolic assay Dcs samples demonstrated A bioassay employing Lactobacillus casei growth lactic acid production developed confirm removal toxic compounds from 10 25% (v/v) Dst by lignolytic enzymes, but not Dst. The did occur when sodium azide or cycloheximide added Ph. media, confirming participation enzymes detoxification process. concentrated enzyme preparation decreased 10% same extent as fungal cultures.
