摘要: Abstract An 18-year-old patient presented with a major complaint of mass in the right side neck. At previous clinic, underwent an open biopsy because could not be diagnosed by fine needle aspiration. The was introduced to our institution after as ganglioneuroma biopsy. In outpatient magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) were performed. Gradual growth accompanied sleep apnea syndrome. Ultimately, only able nasal continuous positive airway pressure. Pathological examination confirmed ganglioneuroma. MRI revealed expansion from nasopharynx upper mediastinum, occupying surroundings contralateral carotid artery via retropharyngeal space. CT tumor 160 mm × 60 mm × 190 mm size. surgically resected without any postoperative neurological disorder including Horner clinical course successful recurrence. This is first report treatment large ganglineuroma that had continuously expanded neck
