摘要: A 62-year-old Japanese woman was hospitalized at the Department of Senology for positive signals on two sets blood cultures obtained in Emergency Department. The initial physical examination with enhanced computed tomography chest and abdomen did not identify infectious source. Dialister pneumosintes identified 16S rRNA sequencing, dental caries sinusitis were subsequently diagnosed based a magnetic resonance imaging. History taking respect to hygiene oral examinations should be performed daily clinical practice, especially immunosuppressed patients.
