摘要: NaTaO3 compound prepared by (i) a solid state reaction (SSR) with crystallite sizes between 1–5 μm and (ii) an exotemplate method (EM) of about 25 nm was tested as photocatalyst in light-driven water splitting. NaTaO3(EM) showed 18 times higher photocatalytic hydrogen evolution rate than NaTaO3(SSR). A further improvement factor 28 achieved mixing the EM derived material multilayer reduced graphene oxide (m-rGO). Moreover, depositing 0.2 wt % Au on surface NaTaO3(EM), production efficiency has been increased 41. Surprisingly, could not be significantly improved NaTaO3(SSR) under same conditions. By using situ EPR spectroscopy, electronic interactions semiconductor, cocatalyst, m-rGO have investigated detail. Plausible electron separation transfer mechanisms from or respectively, to are discussed compared catalyt...
