摘要: A convenient in situ chloride-generated route was pursued to synthesize chromium silicide (CrSi2) nanomaterials this study, and the influence of growth conditions on morphologies CrSi2 products examined an optimized apparatus. Various including nanowire bundles, nanobelts cattail hassock-like microdisks have been controllably synthesized through concentration regulation gaseous Cr Si sources nucleation stages by changing temperature precursor diffusion manner. The morphological evolution nanostructures could be attributed habits crystal under different as well electrostatic interactions among their exposed polar faces basis experimental results. field emission behavior shows low turn-on fields 3.6–5.3 V μm−1 at anode–cathode distance 400 μm, suggesting potential application devices.
