摘要: This article reviews fish consumption data, mercury tolerable intake values, and (Hg) content in fish, based on several reports from the Food Agriculture Organization European Union. The study assumptions are valid current established USEPA reference dose (RfD). Combining number of meals (per week), amount ingested (by meal), levels MeHg this calculates presents isocurves indicating maximum fishmeal per week without exceeding RfD for methylmercury (MeHg). assumed to be “exposure that is likely deleterious effect even if continued exposure occurs over a lifetime.” points out considering single 50-g meal week, would exceeded, triggered by values above 0.84 μg g−1 despite being allowed up 1.0 consumption!—Have we health risk? Fish expected relatively stable, while anthropogenic emissions stabilize or increase beyond values. How many can have, combining meal, fish?
