摘要: Morelli, Potosky, Arthur, and Tippins (2017) make a timely appropriate call for authors to create conceptual models of technology in industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology. We agree with their call, but we believe that Morelli et al. overlooked the contributions related fields conduct research on workplace are already consistent call. For this reason, briefly detail other commonly study dynamics its influence workplace, followed by discussion regarding place I-O psychology broader scheme research. This can aid future conceptualizing as well identifying whether these benefit fields. Perhaps more importantly, help identify where fits which associated may be most readily available creation new models—two questions currently seem unanswered.
