摘要: Abstract Objective To evaluate the impact of training on reliability among dermatologists and rheumatologists in assessment psoriatic arthritis (PsA) patients. Methods Overall, 9 hospital-based 8 met Reggio Emilia, Italy October 2015 to assess 17 PsA After 1 month, physicians underwent a 3-h session by 4 recognized experts then assessed 19 different patients according modified Latin square design. Measures included tender (TJC) swollen joint count (SJC), dactylitis, enthesitis, Schober test, psoriasis body surface area (BSA), Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI), Nail (NAPSI), static physician's global disease activity (sPGA). Variance components analyses were performed estimate intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). Results TJC enthesitis-measured pre-training or revealed moderate–substantial agreement (ICC: 0.4–0.8). In contrast, SJC test showed fair 0.2–0.4) moderate agreement, respectively 0.4–0.6), while poor 0–0.2) was represented dactylitis. Moderate–substantial 0.4–0.8) observed for most skin measures rheumatologists, apart from BSA, where observed. Agreement levels similar before after measures. 3 increased all rheumatologists. Conclusions Substantial excellent TJC, PASI, sPGA. Rheumatologists benefited greater extent.
