摘要: Rotifers are widely used as live larval feed in aquaculture. The stability of rotifer mass cultures, however, remains a critical unresolved problem. It would be useful to develop indicators that can assess the status cultures and serve an early warning trouble. Indicators should sensitive, easy measure have quick response time. Two been developed fulfill these criteria: swimming activity egg ratio (eggs per female). A test is described based on measurement over grid. Results obtained minutes sensitive pH, un-ionized ammonia, starvation temperature stress culture. For about nine times more than LC50 test, maximum occurs within ten minutes. Egg also indicator physiological stress, but there 18-24 h time lag between exposure change ratio. ratios during log phase population growth ranged from 0.5-1.2 0.13-0.5 stationary phase. When fell below approximately 0.13, populations declined. Monitoring make it easier for aquaculturists keep their productive stable.
