摘要: The influence of temperature and external water potential on mycelial growth, production pseudothecia maturation ascospores by P. tritici-repentis was examined. In the range 10°–30 °C, growth optimal at 20°–25°, but pseudothecial not dependent. Ascospores developed most quickly 15°. Mycelial numbers declined as decreased. Pseudothecia were produced potentials lower than −1.7 MPa. did develop when less −2.8 naturally infected wheat, barley oat straw also all types in equivalent numbers, correlated with reaction living host to infection.
