摘要: This paper describes the treatment of a series patients with bulimia nervosa who also had insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. The aim was to discover what modifications an established cognitive behavioral for proved necessary accommodate presence diabetes. Treatment more difficult than that comparable nondiabetic patients. Possible reasons difficulties encountered are discussed, together strategies overcoming them.
