摘要: Activin, a member of the transforming growth factor-β superfamily, promotes preantral follicles and proliferation granulosa cells. However, little is known about role microRNAs in activin-mediated cell proliferation. Here, we reported dose- time-dependent suppression microRNA-181a (miR-181a) expression by activin A mouse cells (mGC). Overexpression miR-181a mGC suppressed receptor IIA (acvr2a) binding to its 3′-untranslated region (3′-UTR), resulting down-regulation cyclin D2 proliferating nuclear antigen expression, leading inhibition cellular proliferation, while overexpression acvr2a attenuated suppressive effect on Consistent with prevented phosphorylation intracellular signal transducer, mothers against decapentaplegic homolog 2 (Smad2), inactivation signaling pathway. Interestingly, found that decreased ovaries mice at age 8, 12, 21 days, as compared 3-day old mice, level was reduced antral primary ones. Moreover, blood patients premature ovarian failure significantly increased normal females. This study identifies an interplay between acvr2a, reveals important regulating follicle development.
