摘要: We explored the association of inflammatory mediators and markers autoimmune coagulation disorders with cerebral palsy (CP), examinig 53 analytes in dried neonatal blood 31 children spastic CP, most born at term, 65 control children. Ultramicroanalysis was performed by recycling immunoaffinity chromatography coupled laser-enhanced fluorescence chemiluminescence detection. Reactive antibodies to lupus anticoagulant, anticardiolipin, antithrombin III, translational product factor V Leiden mutation were isolated measured capillary electrophoresis chemiluminescence-enhanced immunoassay. Higher concentrations interleukins (ILs) 1, 8, 9, tumor necrosis factor-α, RANTES observed these CP than any child. There also substantial elevations IL-6, 11, 13, other chemokines colony-stimulating factors CP. Antiphospholipid antibody present a titer 1:100 or greater 4 no Using cuts empirically chosen recursive partitioning, we found higher mutation, proteins C S controls. conclude that inflammation abnormalities, which have interacting pathways, are important etiology
