摘要: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was evaluated in 11 patients with non-familial spinocerebellar degeneration (6 olivo-ponto-cerebellar atrophy (OPCA) and 5 late cortical cerebellar (LCCA]. MRI carried out using a superconducting magnet of 0.256 tesla (VISTA-MR) an inversion recovery pulse sequence repetition time 2.08 sec 0.5 sec. The degree assessed regard to ponto-cerebellar system (basis pontis middle peduncle) cerebellum the sagittal coronal images. In mid-sagittal images, width ventral pons, dorsal tegmentum tectum midbrain, height fourth ventricle were measured. Especially, degrees basis image peduncle divided into 4 grades respectively. On other hand, judged from enlargement fissures reduction volume Atrophy found OPCA, but not LCCA. image, which likely begin inferior part more marked than, or equal to, image. With vermis, superior faces atrophic than both OPCA LCCA, on dominant posterior lobe including declive folium as against dominance anterior LCCA.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
