摘要: With an ever-increasing number of administrator turnovers and retirements the need for strategic leadership trust development on part succeeding principals to develop sustain organizational learning school improvement initiatives is paramount. This chapter addresses how one principal faced with consolidation three schools successfully developed utilized specific goals strategies a positive cohesive culture aimed at increasing teacher effectiveness student achievement. While attending criteria focused ability interpersonal skills explicitly communicated reinforced congruence his actions, policies, values (APV) help staff quickly progress ‘integrative’ levels along continuum.
