摘要: There is a notable lack of interest in the daydream, whether clinical work, literature, or psychoanalytic teaching, compared with attention received by nocturnal dreams, fantasy activity, and other material. This neglect daydreams may be related to apparent infrequency which patients report them analytic treatment. Possible explanations for unavailability as material are examined. The paper offers detailed that will provide some necessary data begin an exploration nature their role process.
