摘要: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an inflammatory disease, which affects synovial joints, and influenced by environmental genetic factors, in particular the human leucocyte antigen (HLA) system. In our study, we investigated association of HLA class II DRB1 DQB1 alleles DRB1-DQB1 haplotypes with RA susceptibility Tunisian subjects. Therefore, low-resolution genotyping was done 110 patients 116 controls, a HLA-DRB1*04 high-resolution typing. Our results showed strong between HLA-DRB1*04/DRB1*04:05 presence, persisted after correcting for multiple comparisons (Pc < 10-3, Pc = 0.020, respectively), contrast to protective effect HLA-DRB1*04:03 allele 15.2 × 10-4). However, increased frequency DQB1*05 0.020) decreased DRB1*04:03 subtype 0.032) were seen RF+ than controls. Moreover, when compared DRB1*04-DQB1*03 haplotype associated Tunisians 16.8 10-5), independently RF status. Conversely, DRB1*01 DRB1*01-DQB1*05 highly present vs RF- groups 5.6 respectively) seems be linked seropositivity. Investigation secondary Sjogren's syndrome (sSS) predisposing DRB1*04 10-3) sSS/without sSS healthy confirms HLA-DRB1*04, specifically HLA-DRB1*04:05 subtype, Tunisians, seropositivity or presence.
