摘要: Abstract Background The left anterior descending artery (LAD) supplies the ventricle in humans. LAD ligation has been commonly used rats to induce ventricular (LV) infarction for research purposes. However, myocardial supply territories of are not well established rats. We measured zone after mid-LAD. Methods Twenty-four male Sprague–Dawley weighing 300–350 g were selected induction ischemic cardiomyopathy. surgery was performed under full anesthesia.
