摘要: The neuraminidase (NA) genes of 12 H9N2 influenza virus strains isolated from diseased chickens in different farms mainland China during 1995–2002 were amplified and sequenced. Amino acids at hemadsorbing (HB) site these isolates are those A/quail/Hong Kong/G1/97-like viruses A/chicken/Korea/96-like viruses. Neuraminidases the had a deletion 3 amino acid residues positions 63–65 as compared to that A/turkey/Wisconsin/189/66, while Korea Pakistan no deletion. Phylogenetic analyses showed NA gene belonged A/duck/Hong Kong/Y280/97-like lineage. lineage isolates. present results indicate past 8 years well preserved geographical distribution play significant role evolution
