摘要: Melanomas with unusual histologic features are very rarely reported in the literature and demonstrate diversity of melanocytic expression. Three cases malignant melanoma osteoclast-like giant cells reported. Two showed undifferentiated without melanin pigment one spindled cell morphology. Immunohistochemistry that osteoclast- like expressed CD68, but not markers (HMB45, Melan-A, S100). Ultrastructural analysis further supports these reactive histiocytes rather than transformed cells. This suggests they represent an host response, similar to those observed other neoplasms. Awareness this entity is important avoid misdiagnosis as a histiocytic tumor. Since only few have been reported, greater recognition documentation may help evaluate prognosis such
