摘要: Rapid endothelialization is crucial for in situ tissue engineering vascular grafts to prevent graft failure the long-term. Gelatin a promising nature material that can promote endothelial cells (ECs) adhesion, proliferation, and migration. In this study, internal surface of electrospun polycaprolactone (PCL) was coated with gelatin. Endothelialization wall remolding were investigated by imaging histological studies rat abdominal aorta replacement model. The heparinized gelatin-coated PCL (GP-H) more rapid complete than (P-H) grafts. Intimal hyperplasia milder GP-H P-H Meanwhile, smooth muscle (SMCs) extracellular matrix (ECM) regeneration better By comparison, an aneurysm observed group 6 months. Calcification both groups. All patient after implantation Our results showed gelatin coating on simple effective way endothelialization. A endothelium inhibit intimal
