Re-analysis of 2,4-D use and the occurrence of canine malignant lymphoma.

摘要: An independent scientific review panel had concerns involving study design, analysis and interpretation of results in a case-control investigating the relationship between canine malignant lymphoma (CML) use 2,4-D herbicide. To address these concerns, re-analysis was done to examine its association with CML. This re-analyzed data using exposure definition used original study, redefinition exposure, conducted dose-response redefined criteria. Our agreed author's analyses that no effects were found when stratifying by survey method geographic region, there significant differences separated pooled control groups. However, we did not confirm Additionally, occurrence CML significantly associated 2,4-D.
