摘要: In developing countries, wounds are a major health concern and pose significant problem. Hence, the development of new materials that can act as scaffolds for in situ tissue regeneration regrowth is necessary. this report, we present class injectable oleogel composite gel derived from glycolipids provide reversible interlinked 3D fiberous network architecture effective wound closure by regeneration. Glycolipids were α-chloralose various vinyl esters using Novozyme 435, an immobilized lipase B Candida antarctica catalyst, good yield. These undergo spontaneous self-assembly paraffin oil to form oleogel, which curcumin was successfully incorporated generate gel. Morphological analysis clearly revealed formation network. Rheological investigation thermal mechanical processability under experimental conditions. Interestingly, developed able accelerate healing process regulating overlapping phases inflammation, cell proliferation extracellular matrix remodelling. Since chloralose displays anesthetic properties, study will establish strategy develop oleogels future.
