摘要: The role of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in thyroid carcinoma (TC), the most frequent endocrine malignancy, has been extensively examined. This study investigated effect interaction among lncRNA TNRC6C-AS1, serine/threonine-protein kinase 4 (STK4) and Hippo signalling pathway on TC. Initially, TNRC6C-AS1 expression TC tissues was detected. To explore roles STK4 progression, their expressions were altered. Interaction between STK4, promoter methylation, or verified. After that, a series experiments employed to evaluate vitro ability apoptosis, proliferation autophagy cells vivo tumorigenicity, tumour growth cells. highly expressed while poorly tissues. LncRNA promoted methylation down-regulated expression, which further activated pathway. silencing observed promote cells, inhibit apoptosis abilities, as well enhance tumorigenicity growth. Moreover, inhibited after blockade pathway, abilities promoted. results demonstrate that increases down-regulate thereby promoting development through activation It highlights may be novel therapeutic target for treatment
