摘要: This study examines how therapeutic change in couples is facilitated the Cultural Context Model based on model's identified family processes: critical consciousness, empowerment, and accountability. Participants included four female therapists three who sought treatment voluntarily, two heterosexual couples, one lesbian couple with diverse class ethnic backgrounds had spent at least 12 months receiving services Institute for Family Services were compliant treatment. Videotaped sessions analyzed by coding descriptive data using a constant comparative analysis method.
