摘要: Sclerotherapy plays a fundamental role for nearly all patients in returning their legs to healthier state: from the young female patient who comes practice with few telangiectasias older severe chronic venous insufficiency, leg ulcers, and resulting limited physical activities whether using dilute liquid sclerotherapy those tiny or ultrasound-guided foam (UGFS) large incompetent truncal veins, tributaries, perforators. Of many presenting phlebology professing cosmetic concerns, only about 20 % will be found have purely “cosmetic” vein problems once they are thoroughly screened undergo duplex scanning. The others underlying incompetence contributing appearance of telangiectasias, greater lesser extent, require correction disorder prior treat telangiectasias. This chapter discusses chemical ablation superficial veins.
