摘要: Aim We aimed to investigate the optimal criteria for classifying higher risk forms of gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumor (gGIST). Materials & methods A total 246 high-risk gGIST patients were enrolled. Univariate and multivariate analyses conducted determine association between clinicopathological features overall survival. Appropriate cut-off values calculated identify those at gGIST. Results Multivariate univariate revealed that necrosis mitotic counts are independent factors The value was 20. Patients with both >20 mitoses/50 high-power fields worse than either one. Conclusion Tumor indicate prognosis.
