摘要: A main purpose of this paper is to develop a density matrix formalism that can treat the effect vibrational relaxation and dephasing on electron processes in condensed phases. Master equations will be derived. It shown memory functions involved master play very important role describing time evolution system. As an application formalism, we present theory luminescence. In case, intramolecular relaxation, lattice dephasing, electronic should considered simultaneously. Numerical calculation has been performed illustrate theoretical results.
