摘要: As brain death becomes an increasingly rare phenomenon due to better road safety and neurological interventions, controlled donation after cardiac (cDCD) permits physicians nonetheless pursue deceased donation, which bears the advantage of not harming living. cDCD was reintroduced in Switzerland 2011 it stopped for a few years ambiguities wording Federal Act on Transplantation Organs, Tissues Cells from 2007, (Transplantation Act) as well contradictions between medical ethical guidelines Swiss Academy Medical Sciences 2005, pertaining diagnosis organ transplantation Act.
