摘要: Functional replantation relies on the success in technical performance and intrinsic healing of all components injured extremity. The skeletal system forms foundation upon which remaining soft-tissue elements survive act. Strictly adhering to basic principles fracture fixation can optimize initial outcome improve likelihood any revisional surgery. In most cases extremity replantation, musculotendinous units will be at level tendon, leaving motor innervation intact. Understanding tendon biology careful attention resulting repair facilitate post-replant rehabilitation increase chance functional success.
