Experimental Signature of Microheterogeneity in Ionic Liquid–H2O Systems and Their Perturbation by Adding Li+ Salts: A Pulsed Gradient Spin‐Echo NMR Approach

摘要: Distinct microheterogeneity has been observed in the [OMIM]Br-H2 O system, which is interestingly perturbed by addition of Li(+) salts, indicating unusual diffusivity [OMIM]Br and H2 molecules. However, diffusional dynamics water clusters show contrasting salting behavior at higher concentrations following classical phenomenon lower amounts. In contrast, existing [BMIM]Br-H2 system weak enough to any perturbation caused salts on NMR time scale.
