摘要: Experiments were carried out with the isolated, perfused cat spleen and bovine splenic nerve trunk to study target for prostaglandin E2 induced inhibition of noradrenaline release from sympathetic nervss. Increasing calcium concentration in medium perfusing spleeen was found increase outflow stimulation antagonize inhibitory action on this parameter. Prostaglandin did not affect releasing effect tyramine. Atropine alter release. change amplitude potentials nerves. There is thus no support a blocking conduction. It concluded that may prevent gaining access those sites terminals where it promotes secretion noradrenaline.
