摘要: A Michelson interferometer is described for the measurement of low‐frequency vibrational amplitudes in sub‐angstrom range (down to 10−3 A) as a function temperature. For this purpose temperature stabilizing circuit has been developed. The use condensor microphone an electromechanical feedback transducer opens up possibility relate amplitude measurements wavelength light. By these means accuracy, reliability, and versatility are considerably improved draw‐backs existing set ups effectively eliminated.
