摘要: The Cu2O/TiO2 p-n heterojunction composite photoelectrodes were prepared by depositing Cu2O nanoparticles on the surface of TiO2 nanotubes via anodic oxidation and constant current deposition. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM) high-resolution transmission (HRTEM) analyses showed that not only deposited nanotube array, but also wall nanotubes. deposition amount could be adjusted changing time. photoelectrochemical cathodic protection (PECCP) performance for 316L stainless steel (SS) was tested under visible light. time had a significant effect PECCP Cu2O/TiO2-X Cu2O/TiO2-20 best coupled SS. This attributed to appropriate thickness form heterojunctions with TiO2, in which separation photogenerated carriers accelerated transfer electrons SS facilitated.
