摘要: With the recognition of obesity as a global health crisis, researchers have devoted greater effort to defining and understanding pathophysiological molecular pathways regulating biology adipose tissue obesity. Obesity, excessive accumulation due hyperplasia hypertrophy, has been linked an increased incidence aggressiveness colon, hematological, prostate, postmenopausal breast cancers. The morbidity mortality obesity-associated cancers attributed higher levels hormones, adipokines, cytokines secreted by tissue. amount also results in numbers stromal/stem cells (ASCs). These ASCs shown impact cancer progression directly through several mechanisms, including recruitment tumor site production growth factors other within stroma. Emerging evidence indicates that induces alterations biologic properties ASCs, subsequently leading enhanced tumorigenesis metastasis cells. This review will discuss links between progression, changes tissue, inflammation, chemokines. Novel topics include discussion contribution this complex system with emphasis on their role reciprocal circular feedback loop well mechanisms which from obese patients alter enhance be discussed.
