摘要: The Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) market once belonged to professional companies only. Now many amateur pilots fly cheap, smartphone controlled models available in any electronic store. Due altitude, speed, and weight, these flying objects can cause damage injury. Hence, a way manage them is necessary. This paper presents UAS Traffic Management (UTM) system comprising three components: identification plate with an embedded logger, ground equipment, Routing (TRS). UTM uses the air parcel model, which divides low altitude airspace 3-D map. In this system, land owners possess above their real estate approve or disallow overflights. adoption of described allows cities control UASs, detect non-compliant flights, identify pilots.
