摘要: To determine the effect of sexual abuse history on chronic pain and its relation to opioid addiction methadone maintenance treatment (MMT), we studied current women MMT patients, patients from a center with no addiction. Questionnaires included Chronic Pain, Severe Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale, Dissociative Experiences Scale (DES), Structured Interview for Disorders Extreme Stress (complex-PTSD). severe was most prevalent among sexually abused (64% 25), followed by (30.9% 68), (25% 8, p = 0.01). Pain severity correlated dissociation complex-PTSD scores. The non-MMT had higher rates high scores (DES ≥ 30) complex-PTSD, but fewer obsessive-compulsive disorder symptoms (scored ≥16) than women. found be highly women, independent being methadone-maintained an history. known prevalence which may attributable opioid-induced hyperalgesia, partially reflect history, should targeted in future studies evaluating indices.
