摘要: A process for the production of aromatic oligomers comprises dissolution an lithium compound in organic solvent or mixture at -100-20 [deg]C and coupling together presence a copper(II) -(100)-20 [deg] C. (I) formula (1) (2) C copper (II) [Image] n : 2-5; R 1>1-20C alkyl optionally containing O S atoms silylene, phosphonoyl phosphoryl groups; Ar substituted 1,4-phenylene, 2,7-fluorene 2,5-thiophene. Independent claims are included for: semiconducting layers compounds up to 0.5 wt.% chlorine and; by application from solution gas phase on suitable substrate.
