摘要: Composite materials, particularly those that are highly filled, e.g. comprising about 60 to 70 volume % of finely powdered filler material in a polymer matrix, made by dissolving the volatilisable solvent and forming homogeneous mixture components high shear mixing. The is then removed while maintaining complete homogeneity evaporating much mill, extruding an extremely thin film or tape (e.g. 0.0125 mm (0.0005 in)) from which remaining heating without introducing any appreciable non-uniformity, such as bubble holes. Required bodies formed dried stacking coherent layers, typically 6 120, pressing stack mold melting polymer, uniting separate layers dispersing melted into interstices between particles.
